this letter arrived on December 24, 2009 and Darrell wrote that I should email this letter to all the members as soon as possible:
Dear supporters and members,
I extend to you first my spiritual love and appreciation for your support. I hope that this christmas season has arrived to find both you and your family well. Mentally, physicially and spiritually and trust in the healing and power of love.
I am in request of your help as the year comes to an end and I would to prepare for a fresh new year I am in request of financial donation of the optional amout of$5, $10 or $20 (or more) towards my raison money for a para legal certificate course. so to become more verse / educated in the legal procedure the last price check of the flat rate costs was a little over $725. I am fighting for my life that was wrongfully convicted and my goal is to seek out justice and this begins with becoming aware of just how this justice system works.
So please if you would be so kind to donate by sending me a jpay donation of whatever amount you can find in your heart to spare. I would most certainly appreciate your help!!
There are also a few items I would like to buy at the canteen (prison store) because this prison food isn't even proper for a wild animal. I am an innocent man my friend in a vulnerable position so please help me.

Hello my reader friends,
I’d like to thank you all for your support. It means a lot that you took out a moment of time to read the story excerpts of my unpleasant experience. I’ve been faced with day in and day out for 14yrs now. A wrongful conviction and a fight for my life.
Before I continue I’d like to acknowledge just how grateful I am for life being so generous (loving and compassionate) to have been introduced & befriended & supported by the two wonderful creators of this webpage Anna and Jo. It is an honor and a privilege to know you both. You both have stepped up and decided to do something I’m certain will help enlighten other family members of our humanity and with hope inspire them to be as courageous and compassionate as you both are to offer a helping hand where it will service assistance where it will be nice to receive.
- a habeas attorney team (pro bono)
- a pro bono investigator
- law students
- law books, pamphlets, magazines, case law etc.
- financial donation towards the cost of the aforemention services of hours or services
- financial donation for a quarterly package for food, toiletteries, clothing, shoes etc.
- magazine subscriptions, stamps
My reader friend if you can find it within you to send me whatever money denomination you can part with it would be very much appreciated for that they do not provide us jobs here so to earn money or else I’d work.
Whatever you do please do not assume that someone else may have already stepped up and made a generous contribution because if everyone thought this way then all those who log on after the previous will assume someone before them has done it but at the end of the day no one actually sent anything. For example this site has been up for since June 8th and I haven’t received so much as a letter from a new pen pal. But if one was to go online and the hundreds of members one (in error) will perhaps assume that someone had to have become a friend, donator, visitor, etc…
This request of mine my reader friend is not some sort of hustle or game. I have in mind to plan a post (per request) receipts of what ever purchases are made from my account so that everyone (who’d like) will see.
I have only my honesty to give you and my word is my bond I plan to use every money donation towards the purchases of those things aforemention.
I understand that of some life is a bit expensive because of the financial crisis, especially over here in the United States. But there are the inexpensive contribution like $5, $10, $20 and $50 here and there that will help.
And for those you haven’t the means to donate it does not mean that your adding me that you are adding me to your facebook or introducing yourself isn’t a priceless acted. We all are worth and hearing from you is desired. My request is because of where I am due the fact I wasn’t able to purchase / afford U.S. Justice and I NEED a good attorney team, investigators to appeal my case (a wrongful conviction) and while I’m here there are things I’d love to purchase like canteen (the food here isn’t fit for a dog), quarterly package, clothing, shoes etc…
I thank you all who have in some way or another contribute to this cause. I am innocent and I need your help.
I need (and am calling upon) your help as you’d need mine if the situation were reverse and let’s face it the system has screwed over MANY (over 200 have been exonerated from prison) and anyone can / could experience this nightmare.
It’s hell.
